1. To recover data,
please proceed to click on the
Authority Form,
which contains your Step 2 instructions.
2. Please fill out
the
Authority Form in full so you have all the information ready
and at hand when we book in to recover your data. Once completed
please telephone our consultants to discuss further details.
3. Now you are ready
to send your data to DataRecovery.net.au. Wrap your hard disk/media
that you are sending in an anti static bag, which you can collect
from your local computer store. Then wrap your hard disk in Bubble
Wrap and clearly mark your package ‘FRAGILE’.
4. Enclose your
completed and signed
Authority Form in your package. Ensure that you send your
Data by Registered Post. Please note that no work will proceed until
this form has been completed and received.
5. Once the
Authority Form has been completed and received. Our
consultant will be in contact with you to confirm receipt of your
Data and to confirm the actual cost.
